Head of Enterprise Risk Management (Global Information Technology and Security), Felda Global
Key role – To manage Overseas IT and Security, including Risk; reporting to Risk Team and IT Team.
Implementation and operational – To oversee the day to day operations of ICT, ensuring that planning, end-user impact, change management, training, quality management are properly addressed and monitored to ensure that deadlines, budgets and service levels are met and results delivered.
Ensures that all information systems and networks operate according to internal standards and as per user requirements.
Strategy – To create and maintain Information Technology & Management
strategy in line with stakeholder needs and in keeping up with current best practice.
Supply/vendor management – To manage the relationships with (and between) external agencies and suppliers, ensuring contracts and service levels are negotiated in line with strategic aims and financial constraints and ongoing service is in-line with agreed contracts.
Business continuity and disaster recovery – To develop and maintain the Major Incident & Business Continuity plan for IT and to implement measures designed to safeguard the Information Technology and Management.
Team – To line manage and develop the Information Management team, to plan and priorities their workloads, set objectives,conduct appraisals.
Dpt. Budget – To manage the annual Information Technology & Management budget and any associated funds.
Governance and compliance – To ensure Information Technology & Management are in-line with agreed strategy and policy and also with government legislation and standards in those countries in which the company is registered and / or operates.
Network Security – Develop and manage a strategic, comprehensive enterprise information security and risk management program framework. As part of this framework:
security and risk management awareness training programs for all employees, contractors and approved system users.
